The Tomatin Sherry Collection demonstrates the influence of various different sherry casks from Jerez. This 15 Year Old whisky was distilled in 2008 and matured in Palo Cortado casks before bottling at 46% ABV

At the nose: Red plum, sticky dates, and ripe fig. Dark berries macerated in sugar syrup. Maple syrup and walnuts. Earthy spices, cinnamon and cloves.

In the glass: Medium to full mouthfeel. Juicy ripe fruits. Plums, dates and figs. A malt loaf character with a touch of ginger. Walnuts and milk chocolate. A little black pepper
Soft gingerbread with berry compote moves into dry roasted and salted nuts.
